Have you installed any new software or hardware drivers since you started experience this problem? If so, what are they and are they designed for Windows 10?
What have you done so far to troubleshoot the problem?
What is the make and model of your computer? Does this happen in other personal folders such as Documents or Music when selecting multiple files? Its still there, just performed that very action in my Pictures folder.
